CONCEPT: Scaled-down social case manager pilot initiative focused on addressing the issues and barriers facing Kirkwood's unhoused neighbors with minimal bureaucratic red-tape and start-up delays; help inform and complement larger unhoused initiative being coordinated and formalized by the City of Atlanta and Intown Cares

July - August 2024 - (Feasibility Phase) - Following the Critical Path, began meeting with key stakeholders, organizational leaders and putting all the essential pieces of the puzzle in place to achieve broad community support
Sept. - Oct. 2024 - (Implementation Phase) - Website completion, tie up loose ends, Case Manager engagement, fundraising and Kirkwood HELPS Pilot launch
